Where

I am a highly trained and skilled performer with 20 years of studying classical voice in Seattle, WA, and New York, NY. My performance style specialization is in Musical Theater, Sacred Music, and Opera but I am comfortable performing standards and other non-contemporary musical pieces.

FAQs

Q What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis. For example, if I have to bring in a piano and/or other musicians for the event, the performance fee will be higher than if there is already a piano at the performance location. Other factors that may affect the price is number of hours of the performance and possibly any special music requests. This will all be discussed with the client at the time of inquiry.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor's degree in Music Performance as well as private study with top vocal coaches from Manhattan School of Music. Most recently I performed the role of Monostatos in a production of The Magic Flute with Manhattan Opera Studio.

Q What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I need to understand the scope of performance requirements to make sure I can meet them as well as determine the pricing structure. I may also need enough advance notice to find other musicians if necessary and have a couple of practice sessions with them before the performance date.

Q How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began singing in High School and it has continued to evolve from there.

Q What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly clients from Church singing Sacred Music for special holidays and putting on music recitals for small groups of people.
